Capsular Release
Capsular Release surgery is performed to treat severe Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder) when non-operative management has not been successful. The procedure surgically releases the tight tissues, breaking the cycle of stiffness and allowing the joint to be move again.
Benefits of Surgery
Significant Pain Reduction
Release the tension and scarring within the joint capsule, alleviating the chronic, aching pain associated with severe frozen shoulder.
Restored Range of Motion
The surgical release aims to address the mechanical block, allowing for significant improvements in your shoulder’s flexibility and ability to move overhead and across the body.
Return to Function
Break the cycle of stiffness and fast-track your recovery, enabling an earlier and more successful return to daily activities, dressing, and driving.
